Shipping, Handling & Returns
FREE SHIPPING on online orders $150 or more, within the Contiguous United States. Orders will ship via the best method as selected by Alliance of Native Seedkeepers. Minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping may vary for non seed items.
EXPEDITED DELIVERY Is unavailable at this time but will be available in the near future.
HAWAIIAN CUSTOMERS We cannot ship perishable items to Hawaii
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS Our website currently offers various options for shipping to Canada. DHL is often the most commonly used, however there may be a delay in shipping with this option due to the distance from a DHL drop off station.
SHIPPING TIME In stock orders will ship out every Monday and Friday. For quickest turnaround time order online by noon Monday or Friday. There is no special rush delivery.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once order is prepared for shipment, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER Once your order is received, please open immediately and inspect for any damage. Please compare the contents with your invoice and make note of any missing items. Notify us immediately of any missing items or damage. Do not discard any damaged items or shipping materials as it may be required by postal for inspection.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES If you discover your package was lost or stolen, contact us within 2 weeks of placing order. Refunds are not issued for packages lost after being delivered to the address you provided.
RETURNS & REFUNDS Refunds may be available up to 30 days after receiving order. Items must be unopened and undamaged in new-like original packaging.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Currently we only ship within the US and Canada. It is the responsibility of the customer ordering from outside the United States to check with their ministry of agriculture and check with any importation restrictions. Although we will try to stay updated with any shipping restrictions to other nations, as our shipping range expands this will become more tedious. We are not responsible nor can we refund any orders intercepted by customs. If items being ship require a phytosanitary certificate, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to cover the cost of the certificate in addition to shipping and product cost.
